Bahria Town – Chairman Bahria Town, Malik Riaz Hussain, continues his noble mission of providing care and support to the elderly by establishing yet another Old Age Home. This initiative follows the successful model of a previous home dedicated to the elderly, ensuring all their basic needs are met.

Located in Afshan Colony, Rawalpindi, the newly converted ancestral home accommodates 22 old individuals, offering them a comfortable living environment with access to food, medical treatment, and other essential amenities. Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain has personally overseen the provision of these facilities, emphasizing respect and dignity for the residents.

This endeavor reflects Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain’s commitment to honoring the senior citizens, as exemplified by his previous establishment of an Old Age Home named “Begum Akhtar Rukhsana” in 2009, accommodating 40 elderly men and women in Asghar Mall Scheme, Rawalpindi.

Both homes are equipped with mosques, where congregational prayers are held, and religious education is provided, ensuring a holistic living experience for the residents.

Malik Riaz Hussain, along with his son Ali Riaz Malik and their entire family, extends love and care to the senior citizen residents, treating them with the same affection as their parents and fulfilling all their needs.

It is worth noting that Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain’s actions are guided by the Quranic verse from Surah Al-Baqarah, “Don’t worship except Allah, and to parents do good and to relatives, orphans, and the needy, And speak to people well (words) and establish prayer and give zakat.”

Through these efforts, Chairman Bahria Town aims to provide a dignified and respectful living environment for old age individuals, in line with the teachings of Islam and the principles of compassion and empathy.
