Karachi: Bahria Town Medical Camp has been providing support to the affectees of floods in Sindh and Balochistan in the form of tents, food supplies and medicines.
Deputy Commissioner Lasbela Mr. Murad Khan Kasi thanked Bahria Town’s relief efforts and appreciated their support in this time of need. He said that people are going through toughest of times and suffering from the unavailability of resources however Bahria Town proved once again that no matter what the situation is, it will stand by its people.
Bahria Town relief work is in full swing in the province of Sindh and reaching out to people stuck in far flung villages. So far thousands of families have been provided with the food items, camps and medical attention these provinces.
Bahria Town medical camp, which is led by team of expert paramedics and doctors, has also seen a great turnover of people with different ailments and flood related injuries. Hundreds of people are being given medical attention in the form of first aid, free check-ups, consultation and free medicine on daily basis.
With the support of local district commission, the relief mission by Bahria Town is making maximum efforts to provide timely relief to the people in the troubled areas.
This is not the first time when Bahria Town stepped forward to help people in difficult situations. In the past also Bahria Town provided support to the people of Awaaran in Balochistan after an earthquake hit the region and provided free meals through the platform of Dastarkhwan to the people of Thar in the times of famine.
