Karachi – DanZoo in Bahria Town Karachi got everyone roaring on August 10, 2025, with a bunch of fun and informative stuff for International Lion Day. The goal? To get people thinking about lions, one of the coolest cats.
Before the big day, DanZoo had an online Lion Drawing Competition, and lots of kids sent in their artwork. Abiha Danish, a 15-year-old student, won it with her awesome drawing of a lion. She and her family got to come to the party as VIPs.
When people showed up, they jumped into a quiz all about lions – where they live, how they act, and how we can help them survive. There were also talks that taught some cool facts about lions and why saving them matters. But the best part was getting to hang out with the lion cubs.
DanZoo’s leaders said that they want to teach people about animals and nature and that it’s up to all of us to take care of the planet.
The day showed that Bahria Town Karachi wants families to have a good time while learning and feeling connected to wildlife.
