BT Properties, the international development arm of Asia’s largest private real estate group, Bahria Town, has successfully concluded its landmark UK roadshow with the grand launch of its flagship UAE community, WAADA, in London.
Held at the prestigious Grosvenor House, the event drew a distinguished audience of investors, business leaders, community dignitaries, and real estate professionals. Esteemed guests included Senior Member of Parliament Naz Shah, President of PCCI UK Shafqat Khan, former Chairman of Colnbrook and Poyle Parish Council Cllr. Rana Naveed Ahmed, Councilor Arshad Dar, former Mayor of Waltham Forest Chaudhry Shokat Ali MBE, Alderman Mushtaq CBE, social activist Nadia Jaffary, and leading businessmen Khurram Shahzad and Waqar Abbasi.
The London event marked the culmination of what is being hailed as the largest real estate roadshow in UK history by a developer of Pakistani origin. It followed highly successful showcases in Manchester (14 June) and Birmingham (15 June), all focused on introducing WAADA—a next-generation master community located in Dubai South, adjacent to the Expo 2020 legacy zone and just minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport.
Guests were given an immersive preview of WAADA’s visionary masterplan, which aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. The community will feature:
