Lahore. On the 10th of June, 2023 a brief ceremony was held in Bahria Town International Hospital Lahore to sign an MOU between Bahria International Hospital-Orchard (BIHO) and the Pakistan Children Heart Foundation (PCHF)
The MoU aims to financially cover the cost of treatment of poor children with congenital heart disease. These children from underprivileged families will now be able to undergo surgical treatment in Bahria International Hospital-Orchard, Lahore with the help of PCHF as per instructions of Chairman Bahria Town Mr. Malik Riaz Hussain, and CEO Bahria Town Mr. Ali Malik Riaz.
The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Shazia Asim, Vice President of Bahria International Hospitals,and Mr. Farhan Saeed, CEO of Pakistan Children Heart Foundation. In attendance were Gen (Retd.) Iftikhar Ahmad, COO of BOH, Prof. Masood Sadiq, Member Medical Advisory Board PCHF, Dr. Syed Aitizaz-ud-Din, Chief of Cardiac Surgery Department, BIHO, and other delegates from BIHO and PCHF.
