Karachi: On the evening of February 16 in Sector A, Bahria Town Karachi 2, the ground breaking ceremony of beautiful Bahria Homes and Luxurious Bahria Head Office was held. Chief Guest, country head, Mr. Shahid Mehmood Qureshi along with the Management of Bahria Town Karachi, Real Estate, and eminent media personalities participated in the event.
Along with the ground breaking ceremony, a beautiful residential project of Bahria Homes in Bahria Town Karachi 2 was also launched.The covered area of this 125 sq. Yard Villas is 1950 Sq. feet with 3 bedrooms & attached baths, drawing room, and powder room, and there will also be family lounges on the ground and first floor. A spacious car parking space has also been given in each villa. For more convenience, a servant room and an attached bath are also part of the design.
The ground breaking ceremony of the Bahria Head Office with the latest design was also done in Sector A of Bahria Town Karachi 2. According to the plan, the total area of the head office is 4 acres while the building will be constructed on 23000 sq. feet. On the lower ground, there will be 3 banks and a cafeteria for guests. On the ground floor, there would be a main hall for customers along with counter, sales & account offices.
There will be marketing and operations offices, an executive meeting hall, and staff offices on the maze ninth floor along with the offices of the CEO, COO & country head. The exterior design of the head office building is created on modern lines while it will be extremely pleasant from the inside.
As promised, Bahria Town Karachi 2 is being built on modern lines to exceed the expectations of the public.
