Lahore, October 18, 2025 – Bahria Orchard Hospital’s Liver Transplant Team successfully concluded its 2nd International Conference on Liver Transplant, held on October 17–18, 2025, at the Nishat Hotel, Lahore. The event brought together leading national and international experts to discuss the latest developments, challenges, and innovations in liver transplantation and liver disease management.
The conference was a big draw, bringing in a stellar lineup. The event was honored by the presence of Prof. Khalid Masood Gondal, President of CPSP, as Chief Guest, and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Aamer Zaman Khan, DG PHOTA, as the Guest of Honor. The international expert bench was particularly strong, featuring heavy hitters like Dr. Niaz Ahmad and Dr. Erenest Hidalgo from Abu Dhabi, and Dr. Abdul Rahman Hakeem from London. The leadership of Bahria Town was also well-represented, with Vice Admiral (R) Zahid Ilyas, COO Bahria Town, and Prof. Gen (R) Iftikhar Ahmad, COO Bahria Hospital Orchard, in attendance.

The entire event was masterfully orchestrated by Prof. Faisal Hanif, a renowned Liver Transplant Surgeon; Prof. Ghias-ul-Nabi Tayyab, a leading Transplant Hepatologist; and Prof. Anwaar A. Khan.
