Rawalpindi: The state-of-the-art Diagnostic and Dialysis Center has been inaugurated at Bahria International Hospital Safari. Commander (retd) Muhammad Ilyas VCE Bahria Town was the chief guest of the ceremony. Commander (retd) Muhammad Ilyas VCE Bahria Town said that “World standard treatment is being provided to the patients, people will not have to go abroad”.
Earlier, the hospital had 10 dialysis chairs and more than 150,000 patients have been successfully dialyzed. It has now been upgraded to 22 dialysis chairs and a modern dialysis center providing quality healthcare services to all its patients. The dialysis center has separate chairs for hepatitis B positive and negative patients and is being run under the guidance of Dr. Naveed Sarwar and the supervision of trained nephrologists.
Hospital has 128 CT scan machines, digital x-rays, and medical labs with 24/7 delivery services. The radiologist is available round the clock for reporting and the facility is run by trained technologists. The lab has all the latest automated machinery and is operated by trained technicians under the guidance of foreign qualified pathologists.
