Karachi: Bahria Town Karachi opens its newly built Six Lane Langeji Bridge connecting Jinnah Avenue with Bahria Paradise in a graceful ceremony this afternoon. The event was attended by management of Bahria Town Karachi, residents and respected media personalities.
Bahria Town’s signature design and features are used in the construction of this 330ft long and 100ft wide structure. As a dual carriage six lane Langeji bridge, all specifications as laid out by Government of Pakistan are met making it suitable for Class AA loading (heavy loadings). Moreover, the bridge is built over Langeji nallah which is prone to heavy flooding every year.
The structure boost 16 imported street light poles with LED lights which are specific to all such bridges built by Bahria Town including M9 Interchange and Clifton Flyover.
Residents of Bahria Town are overjoyed and praised the timely completion of the bridge and high quality of the project.
7 years ago Bahria Town constructed a modern and sophisticated set of underpasses and a flyover bridge in Clifton in its efforts to upgrade the living standards of the people and ease of conveyance in Karachi and in an effort to revive the beauty of the city.
